Off- Rhodes MTB Tour: Long - Weekend 3 Day MTB Tour
Discover the Rhodes less travelled, on a fully supported 3 Day Mountain Bike tour in the Eastern Cape Highlands, from the 19– 23 March.
Expect breathtaking passes, scenic farm tracks and thrilling descents amid sandstone batholiths, crystal clean rivers and wild mountain territory. This is as close as one gets to ‘Drakensberg Cycling', with the luxury of daily vehicle support, comfy lodgings, experienced guides and sumptuous meals to look forward to. A paddle down the Kraai on our final day,
provides a fitting end to this unique mountain bike tour. 
Duration: 3 Ride Days / 4 Nights
Daily Ride Distances:
Day 1: 51 km / 1000m ascent
Estimated Time: 4-5 hrs
Day 2: 48 km / 900m ascent
Estimated Time: 5 hrs
Day 3: 36km / 300m ascent + Raft section
Estimated Time: 5-6 hrs
Where: Barkly East / Wartrail Region, Eastern Cape Highlands 
When: Friday 19th - Tues 23rd March (Public Holiday Weekend)
Tour Type: 2 x Circular Day Routes + 1 x Lodge to Lodge. Vehicle Back-up / Support.
With daily ride distances close on 50km and 1000m ascent the first two days, followed by a shorter third day, this tour is aimed at persons with previous MTB experience and a reasonable level of fitness, looking for a social experience in an exciting new environment.

Excludes:
- Own Transport to/from starting point of the tour – Rosstrevor Guest Farm (20km from Barkly East)
- Refreshments: Alcoholic & Soft-Drinks –Bar available (will run tabs)
- Bike hire (Some entry-level mountain bikes are available for hire)
- Insurance for Medical Emergencies – it is a requirement that you are on a hospital plan – medical aid numbers to be provided
